Fitness Philosophy:         
Fitness and exercise should be like play; fun.  If an activity is fun someone will be more inclined to adhere to their exercise regime ensuring a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.  And that is, as GI Joe would say, half the battle.  So, with my skills and knowledge I can help you achieve your personal goals while keeping things fresh and fun.  I also believe in teaching by example and that knowledge is power, so I will strive to instruct, motivate and share with you as much as possible hopefully instilling you with a lifelong passion for fitness.
