A personal trainer can help you achieve your fitness goals in a defined and effective way. You should consider hiring a personal trainer if you want a high-quality, individualized workout program; you need individualized feedback and motivation; you are training for a specific event and want to enhance your performance; or you have reached a plateau with your present fitness routine. Campus Recreation’s certified personal trainers specialize in strength training, cardiovascular training, sport-specific conditioning, functional training, and flexibility. All personal training sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
A complimentary 45-minute consultation with our Fitness & Wellness Coordinator is required as part of each new personal training package. Call the Fitness & Wellness Center to schedule your free consultation

DELUXE WELLNESS PACKAGE
• 8 Personal Training Sessions
• Group Exercise Pass
• Fitness Assessment
• 30 Minute Massage
Cost: $310
Treat yourself to the ultimate wellness experience by targeting every component
of wellness. Let one of our nationally certified personal trainers assess your
fitness level and create an exercise plan individually tailored to your needs while
receiving personalized instruction. Get motivated in a high-energy group exercise
class, and celebrate your healthy success with a relaxing 30-minute massage.

FITPAK! PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE
• 8 Training Sessions
• 2 Fitness Assessments
Cost:$240
Track your progress with a fitness assessment before and after your training
program. This combines an 8-session package with two fitness assessments
(pre-and post-package). We recommend that the second assessment be completed two-three months after the initial assessment.

FIT ‘N’ HEALTHY
• 6 Personal Training Sessions
• Fitness Assessment
• Dietary Analysis
Cost:$195
Let our certified personal trainers assess your fitness level and create an
individualized program just for you. Achieve maximum results by tracking your
diet and have a registered dietician create a diet plan that will help you reach your goals.

BUDDY PACKAGE
• 6 Sessions
Cost:$200
Invite a friend to share your personal training regimen and save. Buddy package
participants must have similar goals and schedule all appointments at the same
time.

GENERAL PACKAGES
• 3 Sessions: $80
• 6 Sessions: $155
• 8 Sessions: $205

FITNESS ASSESMENT
Cost:$30
Campus Recreation’s personal trainers will evaluate your present fitness level
and provide recommendations. Includes measurements for resting heart rate
and blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular
endurance, and flexibility.

BODY COMPOSITION
Cost:$10
The body composition analysis measures your body fat percentage using our BodyStat 1500 bio electrical impedance machine. The accompanied software will measure additional physiological states such as water percentage level, lean mass and basal metabolic rate.
