Hosting Events: The Ballroom

It’s easy to imagine a jazz band and a lively dance floor when standing in the ARC Ballroom. The 4,880 square foot Ballroom is large enough to accommodate any type of event hosted by student groups, the university community, and outside organizations.

At maximum capacity, the Ballroom can hold up to 390 people, but may also be divided by a portable wall into a 250-person capacity room and a 135-person capacity room.

When reserving the ARC Ballroom, organizations are provided with several room configuration options:
