Hosting Events: Courtyard

The ARC Courtyard is the outdoor patio located in the center of the building, offering more than 18,000 square feet of open grass, trees, and built-in furniture. This space is available for reservation by student groups, the university community, and outside organizations.

The courtyard is often used in conjunction with the Ballroom. For example, it can serve as a refreshments area prior to an event or a reception following the event. The Courtyard offers plenty of space for chairs, banquet tables, and catering to be set up for your event. Courtyard use is free with any Full Ballroom Reservation.
