Hosting Events: The Plaza

Looking to gain exposure? The Plaza is the space between the ARC and the Northeast lobby entrance of the Pavilion, and is one of the prime public venues on campus. Previously, this spot has been used to showcase local bands during special events. If you are looking to get your name out there, the Plaza is a good place to start.

• 12,895 square feet
• 500-person capacity
• Various set-ups available

To reserve the Plaza:
The Plaza is best used in conjunction with The Pavilion or The ARC. If you’re hosting an event in the ballroom or conference center, The Plaza could serve as a check-in spot or a place to hold a reception following the event.
