ONLINE REGISTRATION

Our online registration is a separate system that will open in a new page. You must have a UC Davis Kerberos account to login and go through the sign up process. This process will take an average of 5-10 minutes to fully complete. You will be asked to complete a section of personal information that is required to join a Sport Club. The fields marked with an astrick are required. If you have questions, please contact the Sport Club Office.

WAIVER FORM
Before joining a Sport Club, you must sign a Waiver, Release and Indemnity form and a Rules and Regulations form for your sport. Club officers have those forms available at practicies. These forms must be completed prior to participation in a club activity.
